Sundance Spas Troubleshooting

1. FLO indicated on the control panel. ACTION REQUIRED – 1. Check to make sure water level is just below the headrests. 2. Shut the beaker (power) off to the tub and pull the filter out completely. Then turn the breaker back on. If it the FLO goes away and the heat light indicator appears then your filter needs to be cleaned or changed. If it does not go away DO NOT DRAIN your spa. Put a small electric quarts heater in the cabinet and cover the front of the spa with an old blanket to keep it insulated. Contact Levesque Spas for service.

2. Dash lines or OH indicated on the control panel. ACTION REQUIRED – 1. Turn the breaker off to the tub for 5 minutes then turn it back on. If the dash lines go away it could have been from a power surge. Check the tub every few hours after to make sure it does not come back. If it comes back put a small electric quarts heater in the cabinet and cover the front of the spa with an old blanket to keep it insulated. Contact Levesque Spas for service.

3. In the event of Power Loss. ACTION REQURED – 1. DO NOT DRAIN YOUR SPA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Do not open the spa cover. Once power is restored check to make sure the tub is running and heating. If it is not put a small quarts heater in the cabinet and cover the front of the spa with an old blanket to keep it insulated. Contact Levesque Spas for service.
